Last week more than 120 karting drivers from eight countries met at the Kartodromo Velopark in Nova Santa Rita, in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre (RS), for the most important karting championship in South America. Divided into four categories - Cadet , Codasur Junior, Codasur and Senior -, the competitors participated in the three days of activities of the South American Kart Championship.

And it was the Brazilian manufacturer MGtires, which exports its products to around 50 countries around the world, the supplier of tires used by drivers and teams from Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay.

The intense schedule included six free practice sessions - each lasting 10 minutes -, classificatory, two qualifying events, Pre-Final and Final - and of course, in all activities, the competitors relied on quality and reliability of tires manufactured in Rio Grande do Sul, more precisely in the city of Barra do Ribeiro.
