MGtires, one of the largest karting tire manufacturers in the world, was once again present in the most important competitions of this sport. In the last two weekends, to mention only three large events, the factory supplied its compounds in competitions of two countries, among the more than 30 in which the company has representation.

At the end of February in Fontana, Calif., MGtires made its mark by supplying the Evinco BY MG tires for over 150 racing drivers in 21 categories of the Los Angeles Karting Championship. LAKC has been running since 1985 and was created to offer a well-organized, professional, low-cost event to kartists in Southern California.

This past weekend MGtires was once again in North American go-kart and again supplying the Evinco BY MG brand tires. The championship was now the SKUSA Pro Tour (Winternationals), which will reach its peak in november when it will host the SuperNationals race in Las Vegas. The first stage of the Pro Tour was held at NOLA Motorsports Park in New Orleans, Louisiana, and had participartion of nearly 250 riders from various countries.

Finally, with almost 160 entries, now in Brazil, the Copa São Paulo Light held its second round of the season competing at the Kartódromo Aldeia da Serra in Barueri, São Paulo. And once again the tires used were the MGtires, in their models of red and yellow stripe and also models for Cadet and for rain. The competition, one of the most important Brazilian go-kart, on its 15th season, always using tires provided by MGtires.
