Between november 05th to 08th, the Algarve International Track, at Portimão (Portugal) will host the most important kart event in the planet, the CIK/FIA Kart World Championship, which shall gather more than 200 drivers in the categories OK Junior and OK.

The Brazilian MGtires, that exports it’s tires for more than 50 countries and is one of the biggest kart tire manufacturers worldwide, will be present in Portugal as official supplier for the OK Junior category, which will have on it’s grids around 100 drivers from several parts of the planet.

The CIK/FIA World Championship is disputed in a long marathon of classifying races that enable only 36 drivers to compete in the grand final, whose winner is the new world champion in each season.
