MG TIRES ENDED SEASON PROVIDING TIRES FOR THE 21TH EDITION OF THE GRANJA VIANA 500 MILES

At the end of another season in Brazilian karting, the last edition of the Granja Viana 500 Miles was held last Saturday (16th), a competition that brought together 54 teams formed by karting drivers and motorsports stars, like Rubens Barrichello and Felipe Massa.

The race lasted 700 laps and again saw MGtires as the official tires supplier. This time the factory made available two different hardness compounds, HZi and VK, which the regulation left free for the team leaders to decide how they would use them, thus setting up different strategies.

Extremely disputed, the Granja Viana 500 Miles had several teams in the lead and the victory was with the Barrichello Hero team, led by Rubens Barrichello, who thus won his 10th victory in the competition, this time alongside his son "Dudu" Barrichello.

The champion team was also formed by Arthur Leist, Beto Cavalero, Diego Nunes, Felipe Giaffone, João Cunha, Kiko Porto, Rafael Martins, Rafael Suzuki and the North American Gary Carlton.
