For the fifth consecutive year the Brazilian MG Tires will supply its tyres for a Karting World Championship promoted by FIA Karting. The most important competition on karting will be held at Franciacorta in Italy in the next week, between october 05th and 08th.

MG Tires will be the sole supplier of tires for the OK category, which will gather 115 drivers in the activities that officially happen on friday (6th), with the practices, qualifying practices and the first heats. On saturday (7th) the last heats will define the drivers that will dispute the Super Heats and Final, on sunday (8th).

This will be the third year in a roll that MG will supply for the OK category, repeating 2021 and 2022. The debut of the manufacturer as a FIA Karting partner was in 2019, when MG supplied for the Endurance World Championship. In 2020 the company supplied its tires to the OK Junior drivers in the World Championship, what was repeated in 2021 not only in the OK Junior class but in all categories (OK, KZ, KZ2 and Academy).

In this year of 2023, appart from the World Championship, MG also was the sole supplier for the OK category in the European Championship.
