One of the main kart tires manufacturers of the world, the Brazilian MG Tires had it's products once again homologated by FIA Karting, the FIA branch responsible for karting.

The new line homologated by FIA Karting is composed by the tyres SM2 (yellow label, medium compound), SH2 (red label, hard compound), SW2 (wet), SC2 (mini) and SCW2 (mini wet).

The new MG tires were developed throughout around 20000 laps of track tests during 2023 and will be used in the main karting competitions in Brazil and also in 50 countries in 5 different continents.

Besides the new homologation, MG reformulated its whole previous line, which also counts with the models SS and SI (competition), SD (dirt) and RL1/RL2/RL3 (rental and endurance).
